General participation requirements
Confirmation of registration and deposit.
When you register you have to pay a deposit of 100, – Euro. After we have received your 100, – Euro in our bank account we will send you a confirmation email. Only after this is your registration then valid.
Deposit of 100,- Euro when registering and the rest of the course fees are to be paid by bank transfer at least 14 days before course commences ( course fees, minus the 100,- Euro deposit, plus the cost of the stone).
All vouchers must be paid up front in full – the voucher is valid for all the course fees. We will put your receipt in with your voucher.

Cancellations
If you cancel less than 14 days before the course commences you will be charged 100, – Euro cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 7 days before the course commences the cancelation fees you will be charged is the full price of the course. This is independent from the time of your registration. If you don’t cancel and don’t take part we will still charge you the fee for the whole course.
We require and accept only written cancelations. We reserve the right to cancel a course and to refuse attendance of specific participants. If we cancel a course or refuse a participant entrance to the course (at the latest 10 days before the course commences) we will reimburse you with the deposit or course fee as soon as you give us your bank details.
Any other claims are not feasible except if it is based on the will full intent or grossly negligent behaviour of our organisations office.
Liability
The promoter is not held reliable for any accidents, injuries or damages that may occur during the course at any time or due to our hospitality or out on excursions.
